With over 35 years of experience across insurance, brokerage, industry and consulting, I combine strategic perspective with practical, hands-on expertise.

My career spans senior roles in risk and insurance, including as Nordic Chief Risk Officer at Zurich, where I implemented the Group’s global risk framework across the Nordic operations and strengthened local risk cultures. Today, through Tunus AB, I work as interim Group Risk & Insurance Manager at Nynas.

Having worked across all three lines of defence, I understand how risk management, insurance and governance connect. Captive insurance has been a specialist area throughout much of my career, alongside international insurance programmes, trade credit and political risk insurance.

I work with leaders and teams to turn complex issues into practical action through advisory work, interim leadership and training.
